Welcome to The Homestay Room # 2! A private room In a large multi room Townhouse in Providence RI. This Room comes equipped with 1 queen bed, high speed wifi, roku smart television, dedicated work space, shared kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there is no off-street parking available; guests will need to utilize street parking. Close to i95 and route 10. 15mins to TF Green Airport. 5 minutes to downtown Providence. Other things to note The Homestay rooms are located on Chapin Avenue, in the West end of Providence, Rhode Island. Please note that we do not provide parking. Street parking is available, but it is at your own risk, and we cannot be responsible for your vehicle or any issues like ticketing or towing. If you need overnight parking, you may want to look up nearby parking lots. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: We wanted to share a quick note regarding shared amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. While we provide basic toiletries and kitchen essentials, these are restocked periodically and in limited amounts. Since availability may vary, we recommend that guests staying multiple days to bring any additional toiletries they may need, such as toilet paper, and keep them in their room for personal use. This way, you’ll have everything you need without having to wait for restocking. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials like a toaster, microwave, fridge, oven, stove, and a variety of pots and pans. There is also a coffee machine available, and we encourage you to bring your favorite coffee pods to enjoy during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions! Also be informed that our Housekeeping and Maintenance team operates between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requests made outside these hours will require a work order and will typically be addressed within 24 hours. We provide supplies sufficient for the number of registered guests. If additional cleaning or extra supplies are needed beyond the standard provision, guests may be asked to either supply these themselves or cover the cost for the additional service. Important Notice on Personal Belongings Please note that Haute Hospitality is not responsible for any lost or forgotten items. Guests receive multiple reminders before check-out to ensure all belongings are collected. We strongly encourage you to double-check your room or apartment prior to departure. Any items left behind after check-out time will not be stored and are subject to disposal by housekeeping. We do not hold belongings or ship items back to guests.
