Welcome to our gîte in Val de Livre, a charming village in the heart of the Champagne Ardennes vineyards, 20 minutes from Reims and Épernay. This family gîte, dating from the 18th century, has been completely renovated to combine the charm of the old and modern comfort. It has a large capacity, ideal for holidays with family or friends. The space The gîte is spread over two floors: Ground floor: A large spacious living room, perfect for gathering around the large table, or relaxing on the sofas. There is also a modern equipped kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 cozy and welcoming bedrooms. Bedroom 1: 3 beds Bedroom 2: 2 beds Bedroom 3: 4 beds + bathroom. This floor also includes another separate bathroom and a separate toilet. 2nd floor: 3 other comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 4: 1 bed Bedroom 5: 2 beds Bedroom 6: 2 beds On this floor, you will also find an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. Possibility of modular beds, in order to transform them into double beds according to your needs. It is necessary to notify in advance if you want this option. All bedding is hotel quality. This spacious cottage allows everyone to enjoy private spaces while offering a friendly atmosphere. Perfectly equipped with Wi-Fi, heating, and free parking a stone's throw away, for a comfortable stay. Its location in the countryside will offer you a haven of peace, to rest in peace. Guest access Guests have full access to the gîte, located on the LaFarm site, a private and quiet space. Free parking is available just next to the entrance of the cottage to facilitate your arrival and travel during your stay. Other things to note Linens and towels are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, you will discover a perfectly prepared accommodation, with beds made and a neat welcome for optimal comfort. We are committed to providing you with a hotel-quality experience, with high-quality mattresses for a restful night's sleep. You will also find coffees and teas available to start the day smoothly. Activities offered by LaFarm: - Rental of classic or electric bikes: explore the area at your own pace with our adapted bikes, for rides through the vineyards and the surrounding forest. - Ping-pong: enjoy friendly moments with family or friends with a game of ping-pong on site. - Pétanque: a pétanque court is available for friendly games. - Walks in the vineyard and forest: discover the Champagne landscapes during walks through the vineyard and forests near the gîte, ideal for rejuvenating and enjoying nature. - Champagne hot air balloons: the hot air balloons take off directly from LaFarm, offering an unforgettable experience above the Champagne vineyards. Numerous activities await you in the surroundings: - Visit the prestigious Champagne cellars and houses - Discover Reims and its majestic Gothic Cathedral, the place where French kings were crowned - Excursion to "Avenue de Champagne" in Epernay - 4 km away, visit Bouzy, famous for its Grand Cru terroir and its Champagne hillsides, exceptional still red wines, true treasures of the region. We also offer two other accommodations on site: - The studio, for 2 people, ideal to enjoy the beauty of the Champagne vineyard to the fullest. - The spa loft with spa bath, also for 2 people, perfect for relaxing while admiring the landscapes of Champagne.
