Welcome to our cottage in Val de Livre, a charming village in the heart of the Champagne Ardennes vineyard, 20 minutes from Reims and Epernay. This family lodge, dating back to the 18th century, has been completely renovated to combine the charm of the old and modern comforts. It has a large capacity, ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends. Come and discover the Reims and Epernay region, while enjoying quality accommodation in the Grand-Est. The space The gite spans two floors: Main Floor: A large spacious living room, perfect for gathering around the large table, or relaxing in the sofas. There is also an equipped modern kitchen, as well as a separate toilet. 1st floor: 3 welcoming and warm bedrooms. Bedroom 1 : 3 beds Bedroom 2 : 2 beds Bedroom 3 : 4 beds + bathroom. This floor also includes another independent bathroom and a separate toilet. 2nd floor: 3 other comfortable bedrooms. Bedroom 4 : 1 bed Bedroom 5 : 2 beds Bedroom 6 : 2 beds On this floor you will also find an extra bathroom and a separate toilet. Possibility of modular beds, in order to transform them into double beds according to your needs. It is necessary to give advance notice if you want this option. All bedding is hotel-grade. This spacious gite allows everyone to enjoy private spaces while offering a friendly atmosphere. Perfectly equipped with wifi, heating, and free parking close by, for a comfortable stay. Its location in the countryside will offer you a real haven of peace, to rest in peace. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, located on the LaFarm site, a private and quiet space. Free parking is available right next to the entrance of the cottage to facilitate your arrival and travel during your stay.
