Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit and a parking spot outside in the private parking lot (please note - parking pas is REQUIRED to utilize private lot). Other things to note Ample street parking available for use. The laundry room is a shared space. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.
