Step inside the newly renovated apartment and be greeted by an inviting open living space. Lounge on the plush sofa bed while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV with complimentary Wi-Fi. Gather around the 6-person dining table for memorable meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, awakening your inner chef. Retreat to the sunlit Master bedroom boasting a sumptuous king bed draped in luxurious linens. Stay organized with abundant closet and dresser space, and unwind with entertainment on the TV. Refresh in the chic ensuite bathroom before embarking on your evening adventures. The spacious 2nd bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two full-size beds, perfect for accommodating larger groups. Enjoy the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom, ample storage, and additional entertainment options. Wall A/C units and ceiling fans ensure year-round comfort, while the apartment's prime location allows easy access to Fort Lauderdale's attractions. Embrace relaxation and convenience in this meticulously designed retreat. Guest access Guest have full access to their Private apartment via a personalized code. Guest can enjoy all of the complex amenities and shared spaces like the courtyard, the communal pool, the shared laundry room, and an assigned parking space. You have 24/7 access to Wi-Fi to stay connected. Other things to note Please read the following to ensure we are the right host and property for you. -This two unit bedroom is recommend for 6 people maximum. It can sleep up to 8 people by using the sofa bed, but we recommend it for 6 people at max to enjoy the apartment to the best of its abilities. - An online check-in form must be filled out before check-in. This form requires a copy of your ID and a selfie to verify the identity of guest's checking in. - The Virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message. Contact-less (self) check-in and check-out. - We provide free early check-ins depending on availability and if possible. This is not guaranteed but we will do the best to make it happen if needed. - Guaranteed check-in is at 4 PM. - Check-out is at 11 AM. - Check-in information and paperless registration will be sent VIA out automated text messaging system. - Our smart TV's are equipped with internet but you must use your own log ins to streaming services. - Due to our central location and shared corridors noise may be present. - The pool is Open from Sunset to Sundown. - Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music) - Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure. we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease the chances of outsider insects from accessing units. - Unfortunately, we are not a pet-friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. - No Smoking on premises (smoking on site will be subject to a $250 penalty and automatic removal from our apartment) - The host reserves the right to enter the unit for emergencies and service orders with previous notice to the guests. - Please kindly note that this is a multi-unit listing. What is being rented is a room type but not a specific unit #. We have multiple units that are identical in layout and have the same furniture and amenities. However there may be very slight detail differences such as coffee table, color of couch, and linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed. - Please kindly note this location has a few units currently being worked on - prices are currently discounted with this potential for noise in mind.
