This is one of the few properties in the area where you can swim straight from the private dock and enjoy unlimited ocean views. The villa offers modern comfort with an open-plan living area and panoramic windows. Book your stay for a year-round peaceful escape filled with adventure and natural beauty. The space Our villa is perfect to visit year-round, with each season offering its own unique charm, and it’s ideal for remote work thanks to fast Wi‑Fi and modern amenities. OUTSIDE The villa has a private dock with two levels, ideal for swimming, sunbathing, relaxing or having outdoor meals. The sun shines on the dock from 2pm until sunset during summer. On the other side facing the harbor, the villa has a wind-protected lounge area with sunshine from morning until early afternoon ENTRY LEVEL The villa has a open floor plan with massive panoramic windows facing the dock and the ocean. The area includes a large 4 person sofa for relaxing, a 4-6 people dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a 55" inch TV for movie nights. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and heated flooring. SECOND LEVEL On the second level there is a master bedroom with a 180cm double bed with panoramic ocean views as well as a work station for those looking to do some remote work. The second bedroom has a pull-out 160cm double bed and a small harbor facing balcony. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home. Some personal belongings will be stored in the storage room below the stairwell. Other things to note ACTIVITIES Within walking distance you can find three different bookable saunas and hot tubs with breathtaking views, multiple beaches, local swimming spots, kayak rental, boat taxi, seal safari, fishing tours and more. FOOD There are several restaurants in the area serving local seafood and other quality meals like Salt & Sill, Port Sud, Kylen, Åstols Rökeri, a boutique sour dough bread bakery called Lottas Bak & Bröd were you can pick up freshly baked bread in the morning.
