This warm and inviting home offers a KING bed and a standard-size CRIB in the Owner's Suite, plus QUEEN beds in both the second and third bedrooms, each equipped with white noise machines for added relaxation. TVs in every room! Whip up a mouthwatering meal in the fully-stocked kitchen, unwind in the warm and inviting living room, or step into the secluded backyard to gather around the firepit, savoring the simple pleasure of toasting marshmallows under the open sky. Indulge in our selection of individually-wrapped Folgers coffee, creamer, and a variety of tea flavors to start your mornings right. Stay in this beautiful boutique escape, just one minute from the Downtown Sanford Historic District and centrally located near numerous wedding venues and golf courses! Guest access Guests can enjoy the convenience of seamless self check-in and check-out, along with full access to every area of the home - except for a small, locked supply closet. Other things to note - Veteran-Owned Business - Strict disinfecting/cleaning protocols will be adhered to to ensure your & your Family's health safety. - NO smoking/vaping inside the house or within 10 feet of any entry point. All doors and windows MUST be fully closed while smoking outside. Pick up after yourself and dispose it on the outside garbage can. - NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers at the house. Only Guests on the reservation are allowed at the house. Visitors must be pre-approved first. There are cameras front & back to monitor amount of Guests. - An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab.
