For short term rentals we include 25KW per day, if you use more than that you will be charged USD0.50 cents per KW. For long term rentals (more than a month) we do not include electricity at all and it must be paid separately. The average usage is 15-35KW per day. Being conscious about electricity usage helps us maintain our rental price as electricity in Nicaragua is very expensive. Please turn off the air conditioning and other appliances when not in use. Please note that upon arrival, you will be asked to sign an agreement in which you accept responsibility for paying electricity if you exceed usage as stated above and also agreeing to pay any damage done to the apartment.
