Other things to note Child Safety This waterfront property has steep drop-offs. Please keep small children supervised and prevent them from wandering unattended. Water Safety The small drinking faucet is filtered and safe for drinking. Use bottled water or boiled water otherwise. Insects and Wildlife Lake Atitlan's tropical setting means occasional insect and small critter visitors. The area's harmless flat spiders and non-lethal scorpions may be spotted.
