The space Comfortably sleeps 4 people (2x double beds), with an additional double sofa bed with mattress topper and single camp bed in 3rd bedroom. Beds: - 1x King bed (Bedroom 1) with Ensuite (Full Bathroom 2) - 1x Double bed (Bedroom 2) - 1x Double sofa bed (Living Room) Bedroom 3 can be used with the cot provided, or with a pop-up single camp bed (upon request) - Main Bathroom (Full Bathroom 1) Downstairs: - Kitchen diner with extendable dining table and room for seven people (4 chairs total and a bench for 3 people) - Spacious living room with corner sofa, 65" Smart TV and double doors onto the patio - Outdoor decked lounge area (Summer only) Guest access All parts of the house and garden can be accessed, besides the shed, the living room storage cupboard, the chest of drawers in Bedroom 3 and the built-in wardrobe in the main bedroom (though we can be flexible based on needs!)
