Double bed in a quiet estate. Perfect location for Dublin City. 10 minutes walk to the 14 bus which goes to George's street every 15 minutes. 25 minutes walk to the Luas. Nearest supermarket and coffee shop is 5 minutes walk. Flexible with check in and out times - please ask. South facing garden to relax in the sun. House contains everything you require - full kitchen, living room, bathroom, remote working space high speed Internet, cable TV and free car parking. The space Enjoy a fully equipped private room, in the heart of D14. The room has a workspace, wardrobe, comfy double bed, two windows offering natural light. Property has Sky TV including Sky Sports. There is a shared kitchen, garden and living space with one other person. Often, it is not shared as I am travelling for work - please enquire. I pay for cleaners to clean the whole house after each week. Guest access Guests can use all the common areas including south facing garden! From Dublin airport you can get the 750 bus to Dundrum and connect locally to to the 75 which stops at Nutgrove (2 minutes walk to house). Alternatively, you could get the Dublin Express to Terenure (route 783) and walk/cab the final stretch. Alternatively, you can get the 16 bus to stop 1329 which is a 19 minute walk away from the house. Ask me for the best route depending on when you are arriving.
