Whether you're looking to recharge or explore the surroundings, our exceptional vacation rental is the perfect choice for a memorable stay The space On the Domaine de la Bougerie, this second cottage, the Sorën cottage, can accommodate 1 to 5 guests and childcare equipment can be provided if you are accompanied by an infant. You will be totally independent thanks to a separate entrance. A large garage, which can accommodate 2 vehicles in a row, will be reserved for you to park safely. You can also find free parking in front of the school on Rue des Martyrs, and parking on Rue du Réal, Rue des Ages and Rue de Clairlieu. These parking lots are about 100 m from the cottage. For campers, you will find parking at the town hall This cottage is fully air-conditioned and equipped to give you the freedom and autonomy you desire. The accommodation can be described as below: - On the ground floor: The main room: A spacious entrance opens onto a bright and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto, toaster, blender, etc.) Directly outside the kitchen, a large sunny terrace will allow you to share unforgettable meals around a round table shaded by an umbrella! A barbecue is also available to guests. On the same level, the largest bedroom, the family bedroom par excellence, will allow you to have cool and peaceful nights with superior bedding, a single bed (90 x 200) and a double bed (160 x 200) Guests can enjoy a large bathroom equipped with a bathtub, double sink and toilet. This bathroom is accessible through the main room but also through the family bedroom. Upstairs: At the top of the stairs you will discover the lounge area where you can enjoy a sofa equipped with an electric recliner to relax in front of the TV or with reading. A library corner is also located in this room, where you can entertain yourself with various magazines, books, comics, novels, games for young and old. Through this living room you will access the second terrace, a panoramic terrace with stunning views of the Moselle Valley, you can relax thanks to the deckchairs and garden furniture! And for optimal relaxation, THE JACUZZI IS ACCESSIBLE BY RESERVATION PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL OR DIRECTLY, FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €30 PER DAY FROM ONE NIGHT. A bathrobe (per stay and per person) will be provided. On this floor you will find a separate toilet and also the master suite, offering a superior 160 x 200 bed, a shower area and a sink to enjoy maximum privacy. From this room, you will also have access to the terrace. Outside: Shared Laundry Room. It is located just across the front door of the cottage, in the hallway that leads to the garage. This laundry room is equipped with everything you need to manage your laundry during your stay: washing machine, dryer, laundry sink, clothes rack, clothes pin, laundry detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, iron and ironing board… This laundry room is shared by the 2 cottages. Childcare equipment: baby cots, high chairs are available free of charge upon request. Bikes: for the bravest, we provide the possibility of using two city bikes, one of which is electrically assisted. Guest access Just like our first Gîte, this second property is located in the second building, behind our main house. We will therefore always be available and nearby while leaving you total autonomy thanks to your entrance through the garage which will be exclusively reserved for you and direct access to the cottage. Other things to note Caroline, a hotelier by training, a dietician by vocation, an epicurean by nature and a cook by passion, will be happy to share great culinary experiences with you.
