You will be totally independent thanks to a separate entrance. A large garage, which can accommodate 2 vehicles in a row, will be reserved for you to park safely. You can also find free parking in front of the school Rue des Martyrs, a car park on Rue du Ré, Rue des Auges and Rue de Clairelieu. These parking is about 100m from the cottage. For campers, you will find parking at the town hall This gite is fully air conditioned and equipped to give you the desired freedom and autonomy. The listing can be described as below: - On the ground floor: The main room: A spacious entrance opening onto a bright and fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, etc.) Directly leaving the kitchen a large sunny terrace will allow you to share unforgettable meals around a round table shaded by an umbrella! A barbecue is also available to you. On the same level the largest room, the family room par excellence will allow you to have cool and peaceful nights with top quality bedding, a single bed (90x200) and a double bed (160x200) Guests can enjoy a large bathroom equipped with a bath, double vanities and toilet. This bathroom is accessible through the main room but also through the family room. Upstairs: At the top of the stairs you will discover the seating area where you can enjoy a sofa equipped with an electric relax to relax in front of the TV or with reading. There is also a library area in this room, where you can entertain yourself with various magazines, books, B.D, novels, games for young and old. With this living room you will access the second terrace, a panoramic terrace with unobstructed views of the Moselle Valley, you can relax thanks to the sunbeds and the garden furniture! And for optimal relaxation, the HOT TUB IS ACCESSIBLE BY PRIOR RESERVATION UPON ARRIVAL OR LIVE, FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF €30 PER DAY OF ONE NIGHT. On this floor you will find a separate toilet and also the master suite, offering superior sleeping in 160x200, a shower area and a sink for maximum privacy. From this room you will also have access to the terrace. Outside: The Shared Laundry Room. It is just across the street from the front door of the cottage, in the hallway that accesses the garage. This laundry room is equipped with everything you need to manage your laundry during your stay: washing machine, dryer, laundry basin, laundry rack, clothes tongs, laundry detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board ... This laundry room is common to both cottages. Childcare equipment: cribs, high chairs are available free of charge upon request. Bikes: We provide for the brave the possibility of using two city bikes including one with electric assistance. Guest access Just like our first Gîte, this second property is located in the second building, behind our main house. We will therefore always be available and nearby while leaving you total autonomy thanks to your entrance through the garage which will be exclusively reserved for you and direct access to the cottage. Other things to note Caroline, a hotelier by training, a dietician by vocation, an epicurean by nature and a cook by passion, will be happy to share great culinary experiences with you.
