There are very nice excursion areas within 30 km distance such as the Sauerland with its many reservoirs or the "green" Ruhr area with its beautiful half-timbered house cities such as Herdecke am Harkort- or Hengsteysee. The accommodations are four apartments with a size of 44 m² to 55 m² with a total of eight rooms with a size of 13 m² to 19 m². The furnishing is modern in industrial style. We sleep on high-quality box spring beds (1.20 m x 2.00 m). All rooms have fast internet (WIFI) and HD TV. The kitchen / kitchen-living room is fully equipped. There are coffee machine (pads), cooker, microwave, hot air fryer, kettle, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination. Washing machine, dryer and a drying room are located in the basement. Parking spaces assigned to the apartments are right outside the front door. The bathroom / toilet is bright and friendly (natural light) and equipped with a modern shower cabin. The apartments were fully renovated in spring 2024 and thus in excellent condition. As these are "non-smoking apartments", smoking is only allowed at the front door (smoking area) or on the outdoor terrace (apartment 2).
