The Ashlin House.

Stay at our family-friendly home on a quiet, cobblestone street on vacation or business. We've recently repainted the exterior and painted the master BR. Walking distance to quaint Downtown Whiting , Lake Michigan, Whihala Beach & Lakefront trails. The Horseshoe Casino, Wolf Lake & Pavilion, Hammond Sportsplex, Calumet College, PNW, IUN, U of Chicago, BP, & golf courses are a short drive. See Chicago's Skyline at Lakefront Park. Chicago's attractions & Hard Rock Casino are < 30 mins away. The space The first floor is a Living Room, Dining Room with a seating for up to 8, and a full eat in kitchen (with a dinette). The kitchen is fully equipped with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave and a Coffee maker. We have 3 bedrooms (Queen, 2 Doubles) and a full bath upstairs. The Queen Bedroom has been freshly painted with room darkening curtains added. A washer and dryer are in the basement, as well as a toilet/sink. A partially finish rec room provide additional space.... with a Twin Bed. Our front porch has rockers for relaxing and enjoy some sunshine on rockers on the back deck. Parking is free on the street. Upon request, there is off-street parking in the rear. TV and Internet are complimentary. Golf clubs and tennis/pickleball equipment is downstairs. Lost Marsh Golf Course (Championship) and MacArthur Golf Course (Executive/Par 3) are a 5 minute drive. Guest access For visitors, the whole house is for your relaxation and enjoyment.
