It has hot water heated by a coil or electric boiler, fireplace, cable TV, gas and wood stove, electric and wood oven, microwave and large ballroom with barbecue. Outside there is a large lawn, swimming pool, deck by the river, playground and dollhouse, to provide pleasant moments with family or friends. *because it is a rural area, the presence of animals such as spiders and bats may occur, given the proximity to nature.
