Vacation home "Am Laufer Bach" (Zapfendorf)

Our apartment is quietly located in the green center of the village in a cul-de-sac. A playground is 2 minutes' walk, the outdoor pool 15 minutes. The market town of Zapfendorf is reachable in 2 minutes by car and offers shops for everyday needs. The highway will quickly take you to Bamberg, Coburg or Lichtenfels. Our garden invites you to barbecue, for children there is a trampoline, sandbox and vehicles. Free parking is available. The space Our apartment with 120 square meters of living space can accommodate 1-5 people and is located on the 1st floor of our house. The cozy living/dining room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player and reading corner invites you to linger. The adjoining dining room can accommodate up to 6 people and the selection of board games can be used. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a pad and filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, bread slicer, stove, kettle and egg cooker. There you will also find a basic set of sugar, flour, eggs, butter, milk, onions, garlic, coffee pads and fresh fruit. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and walk-in closet with desk. And one with a single bed under which there is another mattress to pull out. Both rooms have wardrobes with hangers and seating, as well as night lights and an alarm clock. There is a shower, toilet, bidet, corner bath and sink with mirror cabinet in the bathroom. A hairdryer, towels and toiletries, such as bath additives, shampoo and shower gel, can be used free of charge. In the stairwell you will find a shoe rack, slippers and shoe cleaning accessories. Parking spaces can be used free of charge.
