When you enter the residence, you will be greeted by an open concept to the living room area. It has one bedroom with king bed on the first floor with a full bathroom and laundry area. The kitchen is a long spacious area with a large island for eating and gathering. The second floor, accessible by stairs only, has two bedrooms. One with queen and twin sized beds and the other a queen bed. The two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom area as well as a separate Jack and Jill Shower space Guest access The entire area is available to our guests. Access will be an 8 digit access code to the front door and will be given 24 hours prior to the guests arrival Other things to note This is two story residence with two bedrooms on the second be accessible only by stairs, there is not an elevator in the residence There are two boxer dogs on the adjoining property. They are both very friendly but will bark. They love attention. Their names are Bo and Daisy. If there is any issue with dogs, please notify us prior to your arrival and we will make sure they are secured. Also, during winter rentals, an all-wheel drive or a 4- wheel drive vehicle is required due to the hill to the residence. The driveway is plowed during the winter months. We are a short 10 mile drive to Peek’n Peak ski resort. There is no Smoking or Vaping allowed inside the residence. No illegal substances allowed on premises. Exterior cameras have recently been installed for the safety and security for all parties.
