This apartment is located on the second floor of the building, so while it provides a beautiful view of Main Street and the Square downtown, you will have to climb stairs to get to the flat. There is an outside entrance to the laundry area located at the back of the building. Walk down a few steps and it’s in the lower level of the building. Guest access Neighborhood The small town of Ephrata is rich in history; Main Street is lined with restaurants and shops. There are plenty of sidewalks downtown, and it is just 2 minutes walking distance away from the Rail Trail: a beautiful paved path that winds through villages, farmland, and forrests from Ephrata Borough to Lititz Borough and other nearby communities. If you enjoy getting active outside this is the perfect spot! Other things to note Your safety matters. At the exterior entrance to the property there is a Ring camera with audio, turned on at all times. It does not look into interior spaces. Check in is flexible anytime after 4PM **It is easiest for us to maintain our standard of cleanliness and sanitation without welcoming furry guests and that our human guests with allergies would take priority.
