Full length mirror for your convenience. Guest room offers a twin over full bunk bed. Living room offers a pull out couch and pull out chair suitable for 2-3 children. All rooms offer a 50” Roku TV. Bathrooms stocked with large towels, make up wash clothes, hair dryer(master bath) , full size shampoo,conditioner and body wash. Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, including a Keurig. Full size washer and dryer. Beach towels, sand toys, boogie board, and 2 beach chairs provided. Large covered back patio with gas grill and picnic table to enjoy dinner or play board games. Relax on the large outdoor sectional by the propane fire pit. Owner will provide starter items in bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room ( 3 k-cups, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods and dryer sheets.) Guest access Full access to the home. No access to garage. Other things to note Please note that Santa Rosa charges a 5% tourist tax. This will be added to your total as a “Community Fee”. Please note that this area does have black bears. Please be aware of your surroundings when outside. Home and yard has preventative bug/insect/mosquito treatment monthly by Father and Son Pest and Lawn. You may see them spraying outside the property during your stay. Once the spray is dry(around 15mins) it is safe to be in the yard. Sprinklers are set to run over night into early morning and should be off by around 4am.
