It's the perfect 1 hour getaway from the Twin Cities, just 20 minutes from Taylors Falls, and 5 minutes from Amery, where you can unwind, relax, and make yourself at home. Whether you want to read books & play games or explore trails, kayak, and fish, the Quinby Cottage provides versatility for all of our guests. Permit #2024-0443 Permit #77038 The space Situated on a large waterfront lot, our warm wooded cabin boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 separate sleeping areas, two light filled living spaces, 2 bathrooms, and a wrap around deck. Outside you will find two dedicated bonfire pits, horseshoe, corn hole, a flat top grill, and a private dock with great fishing & serene views. The garage extension features a game room with a pool table that also turns into a ping pong table. In the winter, enjoy the nearby 18 mile snowmobile Cattail trail or the ample amount of trails for snowshoeing. This very quiet and peaceful community makes it easy to unwind and enjoy a relaxing getaway. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the kayaks.
