Small open cabin space, including kitchenette, comfy bed & wood stove. There is an outhouse and water is provided for drinking, wash up and rinsing (no running water) There is a small fridge, basic cooking utensils, a double hot plate, french press and kettle. Private cedar sauna isavailable for guests The space Located in town, and in the pines. There are neighbours and general sounds of town. - 2 minute drive to main street- shops, cafes, park, restaurants, pub, lake access & ice skating - minutes drive to walking trails, cross country ski trails, snowshoe trails and the haliburton sculpture forest and school of art - 15 minute drive to ski hill and water spa - Clear cell signal There is parking for one vehicle up in the driveway, or one vehicle on the street side out front. Please keep tight to the right for snow plow and neighbours to pass. Guest access Guests have access to the cabin and sauna.
