A 100-year-old log cabin on the shore of a small Lake Mastos, completely renovated in 2023. The south-facing lot at the end of the private roads is spacious and peaceful. We also want to keep the place peaceful, so we don't host parties. We hope that guests will respect the peace of nature and our neighbors. The cottage has sauna, swimming, lots, rowing on the lake, grilling, or relaxing in cozy indoors. Feel free to reach out for more information! The space The cottage is 35 square meters (cottage, bedroom, hallway, toilet) and also has a spacious 15 square meter loft. The cottage has all the necessary amenities, such as a modern kitchen, an air source heat pump, 100 Mbps internet connection, a circulation fireplace, an internet TV, and a freezing toilet. Only running water is missing, but there's drainage, so washing dishes is easy. The beach has a sauna for 8 people, a bathroom, a sauna room with a small kitchen and refrigerator, as well as sleeping places for two people and a traditional outdoor shower behind the sauna. There's also a 6-person tree-warming lot on the beach, as well as a rowing boat. The beach is dredged and less than two meters deep at the end of the dock. There are a total of about 120 m² of terrace near the cottage and sauna, which are connected by wooden stairs. Patio areas are well lit. There are two groups of couches on the terraces, a dining table with a parasol, and a gas grill. The cottage is best for up to 6 people. The dishes and furniture are also sized for up to 6 people. Guest access Arrival on the scheduled day from 4pm onwards and departure by 12pm on the last day. The cottage has a smart lock where the guest will receive a personal number code at least 24 hours before arrival. By car, you can drive to the main cottage door, as well as to the lakeside sauna. The cottage is close to the services of Ylöjärvi. The nearest shop and gas station are 4 km away, Prisma and Alko are 5 km away. It is also possible to order food for the cottage for example Wolt. The drive to the center of Tampere is less than 30 min (18 km). Other things to note The rent includes the use of a hot tub and a rowing boat. Essentials: The rent does not include sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner. Toilet and paper towels ready 2 rolls per booking. Sheets and towels can be rented separately for €15/person. A child's travel cot available for rent €25/reservation. The rent includes shower gel and disposable tablecloths. There is no running water. The hot water is mixed with the lakeside sauna using the hot water in the stove. The guest is responsible for the final cleaning of the cottage, instructions at the cottage in the manual. If the guest fails to clean, a cleaning fee of €150 will be applied. The guest should report if anything breaks or an appliance is out of order. The cottage has solar panels as an additional source of energy, but also regular electricity. The nearest electric car charging station can be found in Prisma 5 km away, and for example, Tesla's Supercharger station is about 7 km away.
