A 100-year-old log cabin on the shore of the small Mastosjärvi lake, which was completely renovated in 2023. The south-facing plot at the end of the private road is spacious and peaceful. We also want to keep the place quiet, so we don't accommodate party-goers. We hope that our guests will respect the peace of nature and our neighbors. At the cottage you can sauna, swim, bathe, row on the lake, barbecue or relax in the cozy interior. Feel free to contact us for more information! The space The cottage is 35 square meters (living room, bedroom, hallway, toilet) and also has a spacious 15 square meter loft. The cottage has all the necessary amenities, such as a new modern kitchen, air heat pump, 100Mbit/s internet connection, circulating air stove, internet TV and a toilet with a freezer. Only running water is missing, but drainage is available, so washing dishes is easy. On the beach, there is a sauna for 8 people, a bathroom, a sauna room with a small kitchen and a refrigerator, as well as sleeping arrangements for two people and a traditional outdoor hut behind the sauna. The beach also has a wood-heated 6-person tub and a rowboat. The beach has been dredged, and the end of the pier is less than two meters deep. In the vicinity of the cottage and sauna, there are a total of about 120 m² of terraces, which are connected to each other by wooden stairs. The terrace areas are well lit. The terraces have two sofa groups, a dining table covered with a sunshade and a gas grill. The cottage is best suited for a maximum of 6 people. The tableware and furniture are also designed for a maximum of 6 people. Guest access Arrival on the agreed day from 4 pm onwards and departure by 12 noon on the last day. The cottage has a smart lock, for which the guest will receive a personal numeric code no later than 24 hours before arrival. You can drive your car near the door of the main cottage, as well as to the beach sauna. The cottage is close to Ylöjärvi's services. The nearest store and service station are 4 km away, Prisma and Alko are 5 km away. It is also possible to order food for the cottage, e.g. Wolt. The drive to the center of Tampere is less than 30 min (18 km). Other things to note The rent includes the use of a tub and a rowboat. Essentials: The rent does not include sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner. Toilet and kitchen paper ready, 2 rolls per booking. Sheets and towels are available for rent separately at a price of €15/person. Child's travel cot available for rent at €25/booking. The rent includes shower gel and disposable tablecloths. There is no running water. Hot water is mixed in the beach sauna using the stove's hot water pot. The guest is responsible for the final cleaning of the cottage, instructions in the cottage manual. If a guest fails to clean, a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged. Guests should let us know if something breaks or a device is out of order. The cottage has solar panels as an additional energy source, but also regular electricity. The nearest electric car charging station can be found at Prisma, 5 km away, and for example, Tesla's Supercharger station is about 7 km away.
