This unique property features a large solar heated inground pool overlooking the canal that has direct gulf access via our private boat ramp or either of our two docks, as well as a fire pit area, grill, 4 kayaks with life vests, 7 adult and teen bikes, and an additional parking pad for your guests or a boat trailer! The home is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, indoor, outdoor and garage games, pool and beach essentials, and fishing essentials such as: Ping pong table Life size connect-4 game Light up cornhole set Kids/beach wagon Beach blanket Beach sand toys 2 different sized coolers (larger and medium sized) Beach Bag 4 beach chairs, 3 camping style chairs, 2 beach umbrellas Kids/beach wagon Fishing poles, tackle box and bait buckets Card games & Karaoke machine Pool basketball hoop Goggles & dive toys Pool floats & air pump 2 puddle jumpers (for children 33- 70 lbs) Xbox One with controllers Kids scooter Visit nearby attractions: Port Richey Waterfront Park - >1 mi Brasher Waterfront Park - > 1 mi Robert K Rees Beach - >4 mi Clearwater Beach - 20 mi Weeki Wachee Springs - 20 mi St. Pete Beach - >50mi The fun coastal vibe extends on into each bedroom, each of which has hotel quality bedding, USB bedside lamps, Roku smart TVs, and ceiling fans. The enclosed lanai is the perfect spot to lounge, catch a game and munch on some snacks while still enjoying the pool & canal views and the sun! At night enjoy some food on the grill before making s’mores on the fire pit and heading into the garage to battle it out on the ping pong table or dartboard, or sing your heart out with our karaoke machine! We are delighted to allow your fur babies to accompany you during your stay (up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats due to family members with allergies). Please include them in your booking, as there is a flat $100 pet fee required. We are kid & family friendly and include items such as a pack n play with additional mattress and sheets, high-chair, baby monitor system, magnetic building blocks, sippy cups, toddler utensils/plates. If you require any additional baby proofing, please let us know upon booking! Guest access The entire home with the exception of one bedroom closet is available during your stay. Other things to note If you plan to bring a boat or jet-skis, please inform us prior to booking, as we will need to confirm size will fit the parameters of our launch and canal. The canal reaches a depth of 3-3.5ft during low-tide, so boats with larger drafts may need to be trailered during low-tide. We can safely accommodate the following sized boats: -Up to 26ft long -Max of 3-3.5ft draft (depth fluctuates at low tide) -Up to 8-10ft wide (due to launch width) -No tall towers or hard tops (due to low tree limbs in path of ramp) If your boat falls outside these specifications, you are still welcome to bring & park your boat, you just may need to use the public ramp a few blocks down on our street. Please note the pool is heated with solar. Water temperature is dependent on the air temperature (solar can make water temp up to 10 degrees warmer than air temp), which means we cannot guarantee any certain water temperature during your stay.
