Common areas are shared with other guests (kitchen, bathroom, lounge room). 700m Central Station 500m Museum Station I can help with bag storage before check-in and after check-out (9am to 9pm). Please just ask politely 😊 The space The bed is a queen size, which suits 2 people (153cm wide x 203cm long) The house is older, but is kept clean and tidy, and is in a perfect location across from a park and public transport. You can walk to Town Hall in about 15 minutes, and Chinatown in 5 minutes. There are famous cafes 50m from the house, and the area has really nice bars and restaurants. I don't charge extra for cleaning but expect guests not to make a mess and clean up after themselves especially in the kitchen and bathroom so that it is fair for other guests. The house caters to international guests. I want guests to have the correct expectations of the house, so please look at photos and the reviews first and ask me any questions if you have doubts. I find the guests that have the most positive experience at my house are international guests who: - have travel experience - have done comparative research of airbnb's, hotels, and hostels in Sydney, and - believe I am offering a good and fair value Please do not book if you are uncomfortable with sharing spaces (e.g., bathroom), or if you have unrealistic expectations (e.g., compare my house against accomodation 2-3x the price). I do not do early check-ins or late check-outs. Please do not ask. But I can help with bag storage before check-in (strictly after 9am) and after check-out (until 9pm). Please just ask politely as this is more of a favour than a service. Guest access You can use all the kitchen, the fridge, laundry, bathroom, and lounge room. Please just don't enter rooms that have numbers other than your own room number 😊 (they have locks anyway) During your stay I give guests their privacy and interact more on their terms.
