The space The flat comprises a living room with a sitting area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, etc.). On the same level is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and washbasin and a separate WC. From the living room, you can access the south-facing balcony with its magnificent views of the mountains and ski slopes. The balcony is equipped with two tables and chairs, two deckchairs and an electric barbecue, making it perfect for sharing good times with family and friends. Upstairs, the mezzanine has a television area with DVD player and a sofa bed. A second bedroom with two 80x190 beds (which can be made into a 160x190 bed) and a 90x190 bed. The estate's swimming pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, except in the event of a filling/water levelling ban imposed by prefectoral or municipal order in the event of a drought alert during the summer period.
