Windsurfers Bungalow

Windsurfers Bungalow is in a gated residence in fashionable Ocean Park. Only steps to Park Blvd, San Juan’s premier oceanfront promenade, where the beach has become an international destination for kite surfers, and foil boarders, and is host to a variety of sun-drenched activities. The space Windsurfers Bungalow is within a gated property in Ocean Park and offers complete privacy with secure, ground floor access, and sensor lighted entryway. Unlike other rentals in the area, the apartment is not in a congested high-rise, but is a free standing structure with bedroom, bathroom, dine-in kitchen, and living space with a charming Dutch door that looks out to the patio. It makes for convenient arrivals and departures and close-by parking. The geometric interior now includes paintings by my artist friend Carlos Dávila-Rinaldi. His gestural compositions of color and movement are also in the permanent collection at the Puerto Rico Museum of Art. I think my creative guests will appreciate the energy his work brings to the serene, modern ambient of Windsurfers Bungalow. A stairway attached to the side of the house takes you to a covered rooftop deck where you can BBQ and dine al fresco, lounge and take sun, or just hang out after-hours. Grab a beach towel, chair, cooler & boogie board — two hundred steps down the sidewalk will put you on the beach. Guest access Entry to the property is is through a secure gate. Arriving guests will find the keys in a lock box which opens the gate and opens the Dutch doors to Windsurfers Bungalow. After sundown discrete lights illuminate the walkway. No worries about stumbling in the dark after a late night celebrating.
