Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath Condo is pet friendly; the perfect location to rest and relax with the comforts of being central to some of the best four season activities this area has to offer. The space Want to experience the serenity of cross-country skiing or snowshoeing through the forests of Maine, or glide across the ice perfecting your figure eights? Head to the nearby Outdoor Center, Maine’s largest Nordic center, for those activities and more. In the summer and fall, Sugarloaf transforms into a golf and mountain bike paradise, with the Sugarloaf Golf Club providing golfers with stunning mountain views and the area having over 80 miles of downhill and cross-country mountain bike trails. With concerts and events throughout the summer, Sugarloaf is not just a winter destination! And of course, the fall foliage at Sugarloaf is a leaf-peeper’s dream! At the Snowflower Court Trailside Condo, you'll want to be close to everything that's happening on the Mountain year round! Located in Snowflower Court, this condo is directly next to the Snubber Chairlift which brings you up to the Base Lodge and gives you access to the entire mountain. It’s a first-floor unit that sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Store your skis in the ski locker and unload ski gear in the heated entry way as you warm up by the gas fireplace. The open concept living/dining room is the perfect place for everyone to hang out and gather after a day of hitting the slopes or enjoying what this area has to offer. The living space has a sofa couch that does pull out, a cushioned window seat as well as a few comfy chairs to relax in. Also included is a flat screen Smart TV with cable. There are two bedrooms right off the living space. One bedroom has a queen over a queen bunk bed and a full en suite bath. The other bedroom has two bunk beds a full over a full and a single over a full. On site parking as well as a free shuttle service is available during winter hours; this brings you to restaurants, shops, and other places along the Access Road. Guests also have access to 2 outdoor hot tubs in the complex, limited only to those staying in Snowflower condos. The hot tubs are open during the winter on weekends and vacation weeks. Guest access You may use all areas of the Condo except for the locked owner's closets. Other things to note House Rules: We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc. No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house. Pet's are allowed (up to 2) for a one time fee of $50. We ask that you be mindful of your pets, we are happy to host them but please be respectful of the home and property! This includes keeping them off furniture if possible (if not, use a throw blanket or towel) and not leaving them unattended for long periods of time. We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans. We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.) We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host. No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental. Extra's: All consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents, etc. are provided. The kitchen is also well stocked with basics like spices, oil, sugar, etc. The hot tubs are open on weekends and vacations weeks from 12pm to 9pm from December 21st though April 14th. The hot tubs are only available for Snowflower guests.
