Thoughtfully designed just for our guests, this bright and spacious basement hideaway feels anything but underground. From the classy finishes to the welcoming curb appeal, every detail is meant to make your stay comfortable, refreshing, and memorable. The space Welcome to Your “Home Away from Home”! This inviting space includes 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6, plus a pack ’n play for the littlest traveler. King Suite The serene king bedroom features a plush king-size mattress, cozy reading chair, full-length mirror, and a 55" smart TV for all your streaming needs. The attached ensuite bathroom boasts a custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads, a bench, and soft ambient lighting — a romantic and relaxing retreat for couples. Second Bedroom Perfect for families or kids, this room includes a full/twin bunk bed plus a twin trundle, sleeping up to 4. A dedicated second bathroom means no sharing is necessary — score! Work & Wi-Fi Need to stay connected? A private desk/workstation and strong high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the property for seamless streaming, browsing, or remote work. Custom Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen is stocked with thoughtful amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate, a coffee bar, farm-fresh chicken eggs, and a full spice rack for culinary creativity. The pantry also includes kid-friendly snacks and goodies. A combo washer/dryer is tucked behind a handcrafted sliding barn door for your convenience. For magical nights in, turn off the electronics, dim the lights, and enjoy a sit-down family meal at the dining table for six. We’ve also included a list of our favorite local restaurants if you’re in the mood to explore. Living Room & Entertainment Cozy up in front of the massive 75" TV with surround sound — perfect for action-packed movie nights or Netflix marathons. Don’t forget the complimentary popcorn! Games & Fun for All There’s no shortage of entertainment for kids and adults alike — a variety of books, classic arcade games, family board games, and cards are all at your fingertips. Looking to get active? Head to the local pickleball courts with paddles and balls provided. We also have other outdoor games and gear available upon request. If there’s anything specific you need or are curious about, just reach out — we’re here to help make your stay as comfortable and unforgettable as possible. Guest access Upon arrival, look for the address “1379” displayed on the upper right corner of the two-car garage. After dusk, driveway lights will guide your way and provide a warm, welcoming glow for your check-in. Parking You're welcome to park in the driveway to the far-right, directly in front of the two-car garage. Additional parking is available in the street if needed. Entry Instructions Guests will enter through the two-car garage using the keypad code provided a few days prior to your arrival. Once inside the garage, head down the stairs and use your second keypad code to access your private guest suite. Extra Storage Need a spot to store your bikes, gear, or drop off luggage before check-in? No problem! The garage offers secure storage space for your convenience.
