Description
Spacious and very quiet house near the Alphaville condominium. The house has three bedrooms, a large living room, and a great kitchen and dining room. Guests have access to the pool area and laundry (shared), which is also very spacious, with a large pool and barbecue and fire pit area. The region is very quiet. Great for resting and enjoying the city, close to downtown and the beach (15 min. by car). Close to Av. Acre with bakery and snack bars. Silence and birdsong. The space The house (ground floor) has three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and desk, another with a sofa bed and desk. We have hammock hangers and blackout curtains in all the bedrooms. We offer 3 fans for the house. The living room is quite spacious, with hammock hangers for two hammocks, 2 sofas, futon, chairs, TV (with Netflix, YouTube, etc.), board games, and some books. We provide a hammock in the living room. The kitchen is well ventilated and spacious, overlooking the pool. Equipped with a sandwich maker, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans, air fryer, dishwasher and basic utensils. The dining room is also very spacious and bright. We offer Wi-Fi and a parking space in the garage. Guest access Guests have access through the garage gate with remote control, and can enter the house through the ground floor. There are two doors to access the house, through the pool area or the garage. There's a separate doorbell from the second-floor house. Other things to note Shared areas: the pool and laundry are shared with my mother, who lives on the first floor of the house. She usually uses the pool once a week. Rules/considerations: Avoid loud noise after 10 p.m., respecting the neighborhood.
