Directly in front of Los Muertos Beach, walking distance to town, rooftop pool, gym, 5th floor, Netflix, 2 full bath. The space Ocean view, 1 bedroom, king - size bed, great location. 5 min to nightlife, restaurants, shops. This unit is on 5th floor, ocean views, in Amapas 353 building. As of Sept 2022 we installed new kitchen cabinets with a TV in the kitchen as well as larger wall mounted TV in bedroom. ( not in photos yet) .The unit has a second, small room with a sofa, it’s own bathroom, and a small workspace. The apartment has both a front and rear balcony which provide an incredible cross breeze and always an option to sit in shade or sun. You will be able to sleep quietly with the balcony open and be able to listen to the crashing waves from the rear bedroom. The building itself has only 21 units which give it a boutique feel allowing space to enjoy your privacy. It is located one block above Los Muertos gay beach and situated conveniently to bars, beach clubs, restaurants, and shops in Old Town (Zona Romantica). This is a great location because it provides closeness to the beach without feeling congested and an easy walk to attractions. It is not unusual to spot dolphins or whales January through March from the apartment balcony. NOTE: We are very close to Mantamar hotel, directly across from us, with a rooftop lounge. You shouldn't expect any significant noise but possible as is almost everywhere in Vallarta. More importantly you will not hear anything with doors closed and during mornings later evenings quiet. For weekly rentals, we provide one mid week cleaning by long- term trusted employee. Guest access We have a property manager that will meet you to check you in and help with anything you may need. He’s 100% dependable and can help you with anything during your stay. Other things to note The washer / dryer is in the unit. Highly unlikely but if something unusual happens we might have to access unit, proper notice will be given and anyone entering unit will be escorted. Your items protected VERY IMPORTANT: Things can break, especially with an ocean facing property. Includes both the building or the apartment and if something fails, the building administration and myself work to correct it as fast as possible. If it is something that is beyond my control to immediately fix I do not offer refunds. Also note that this is a different country and processes work differently from what you might be use to but the building is managed well and I get involved to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
