Please expect to see, and experience Midges, they are a part of Lake Erie life. The space Primary King Bedroom Unwind in the soaking tub in the luxury en-suite bathroom after a day of adventure. Wake up to the sweeping bay views in a king-sized bed, and step out onto your own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Nautical-themed Queen Room Sink into luxury in the inviting queen-sized bed, and drift off to sleep with serene bay views. Wrapped in soft, high-quality linens and adorned with plush pillows, this room promises to be your private sanctuary after a day of shared family adventure. Peanuts-Themed Kids' Room A fun haven for kids, equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds, a trundle bed, and a mounted flatscreen TV. Board games, toys and books are available for their enjoyment too. The bunk beds have a manufacturer weight-limit of 130lbs, so this is a room specifically designated for children only. An additional office space, adjacent to the primary bedroom, features a full en-suite bathroom and a full sofa-bed. It is perfect for a nursery, a teen wanting their own space, or a quiet working environment. Premium Amenities for Ultimate Comfort This home is packed with amenities to ensure that your stay is nothing short of exceptional: - Three full bathrooms and one half-bath, each with a bathtub, or shower, hair dryers, towels, and hotel-sized toiletries. - AC and heating for year round comfort. - WiFi and three flat-screen TVs for your entertainment. - Two washing machines, and a dryer for added convenience. - A sunroom with a ping pong table and stunning bay views. - A cozy fire-pit and private dock for enjoying sunsets, and evening relaxation. - A Keurig coffee maker, Bunn drip coffee pot, Ninja blender, and Insta-pot are available to satisfy everyone's culinary needs. Open Plan Living and Gourmet Chef's Kitchen The open-plan first floor boasts a breathtaking bay views and features an amazing chef's kitchen with a spacious island, perfect for family meals. Step outside to find a propane grill, ideal for preparing dinner after a busy day. Memorable Evenings and Relaxation After a full day of excitement, return to your bay point retreat to relax and unwind. Watch stunning sunsets from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs surrounding the fire-pit, and creating unforgettable family memories. Guest access All areas, besides those that are labelled "Private". A $400 fine will be imposed on guests who attempt to break into closets that are locked, and are labelled "Private". Other things to note *No pets. Fines of $500 will be incurred. **No smoking ***No parties, or large gatherings ****Home can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 5 adults, bunk beds have a manufacturers' weight limit of 130lbs, and are ONLY for children. Please don't ask to sleep on couches, or bring blow up mattresses. *****Expect to see Midges and spiders. While we utilize a pest control company, at certain times of the year when the Midges hatch from the lake, there is no way to mitigate them. Where there are Midges, there are spiders. The city of Sandusky, and Erie County charge a combined 7% bed tax, which is required to be collected by hosts, and then remitted monthly.
