Monumental building Naarden Vesting (20 min A'dam)

This beautiful stately monumental building on the edge of Naarden-Vesting, about 20 minutes away from Amsterdam is for rent for 3 months in the period from 1 January to 31 March 2026. The 1066m2 property from 1840 has all the modern conveniences but with the old elements. It is a very nice house to stay in, you immediately feel at home. Around the house and view is a lot of greenery you can cycle or walk well. The town is totally walled in and has many restaurants, pubs and clothes shops. The space The stately house in Naarden Vesting really does have everything. The rooms are fully equipped, all with bathroom attached, own coffee maker, fridge and crockery. They are very spacious rooms, where the attic has its own unit with extra separate bedroom and balcony. On the ground floor is a large Bulthaup living kitchen with an attached large conservatory where you can enjoy meals, meetings or work together. There are plenty of private workspaces. Outside, there is an awning with heaters so you can enjoy sitting there even on a colder evening. At the back is a dead-end street and behind it is plenty of parking space still free in Naarden, including spaces for electric cars. Guest access The whole house is available except for 1 room where my own stuff is. Other things to note The house is for rent for up to 3 months. from January 2025. Minimum stay is 4 weeks. (or consult with me). I myself will be with my daughter in Italy then, who is expecting a child.
