The 121 year old Lawrence Farmhouse was hand built by the Lawrence family in 1903 and is located on the Lawrence Farm in Fayette County, Alabama. The Lawrence Farm is a registered USDA and Alabama Century and Heritage Farm and has been in continuous agricultural production by the same family for over 150 years. The Lawrence farm is also a registered Alabama Tree Farm and Alabama Treasure Forest. The Farmhouse is often used by the family for stays during Hunting season. The space The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and Kitchen dining area. The house has large, wide porches on front and rear. The house has a large yard surrounded by wooded areas. Guest access Guest will have full use of the house and yard within the fence. There is one closet reserved for the owner in the dining room that will remain locked. Other things to note There is one 55 inch tv in the living room. To use the tv you will need an iPad with the google home app and a cell phone with a hotspot
