The space This comfortable private apartment is located under the main house. Beautiful forest view. Total privacy for your stay. We provide a stocked kitchenette to heat meals quick and easily. So many restaurants to eat at in the Village. This is a non/smoking home. Any smoking or vaping must happen outside. No pets allowed. Guest access You have full private access to the apartment & outdoor living space, backyard and flat driveway parking for 1 car in the driveway. Please park to the far right side of the garage. The stairs to the apartment are on the left. The automatic, well lit stairs take you to the lower floor. If you arrive after dark, there are automatic sensor lights will come on. There are also hanging cafe lights you can enjoy. Other things to note Please do not disturb the tenant upstairs about anything regarding your stay. He is living his best Tellico Village life!
