The beautiful home of David, who is from Huaraz, and Marie who is from Belgium, is ideally located in the pleasant Soledad neighborhood. Our spacious rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, comfortable beds and ample storage space. Our ground floor terrace is the perfect place to relax, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a climbing wall. Our second-floor terrace offers magnificent views of the snow-capped mountains. The space Deluxe Room 4 is equipped with the following facilities: • A double bed • A single bed • Quality orthopedic mattress • Ergonomic pillows • High-quality down comforter • Practical furniture (closet, desk, chairs, nightstands with lamps, shelves, mirror) • Smart TV • Wi-Fi • Intercom • Spacious private bathroom • Large quality bath towels • 24/7 hot water • Efficient lighting • Blackout curtains • Balcony with table and chairs • Double glazing Here is the layout of our house: Main Floor: • Bedroom 1 • Fully-equipped kitchen • Patio • Rock climbing wall • Small flower garden • Our travel agency, where you can get the best tips for visiting the area independently and/or organizing guided tours if you wish • Laundry room, where you can hand wash and dry your clothes • Parking for one vehicle First floor: • Bedroom 2 • Bedroom 3 • Bedroom 4 • Space with hot water and a selection of teas Second floor: • Terrace with panoramic views of the city and mountains and space for eating and relaxing (tables, chairs, sofa, umbrellas) • Our apartment We try to be as eco-friendly as possible: • Our hot water is powered by the sun thanks to solar thermal energy (STE) • Towels and bed linen are changed on request only to avoid unnecessary washing • Bathrooms are equipped with a refillable soap dispenser instead of disposable soap to reduce waste • We use eco-friendly products to clean the rooms and the do the dishes, which not only have a positive effect on the environment and are less harmful to those who use them, but they also contribute to reducing the risk of allergies • We have a thermos and a water filter available to our customers to purchase fewer plastic bottles • We provide reusable cloth bags for your purchases such as bread and eggs to avoid using plastic bags • All lighting is powered by energy-efficient LED bulbs, which have the lowest carbon footprint and last much longer than ordinary bulbs • We recycle all plastic waste • We use all biodegradable waste to fertilize our flower flowers Guest access Our guests have access to the patio, kitchen, climbing wall (climbing shoes only, which can be rented on site if necessary), laundry room (hand washing and drying of clothes only) and terrace. During your stay As my wife and I live there, we are available to our customers most of the time for any needs or questions they may have and to share information about the city and its surroundings (best places to eat, visit, etc.). In addition, between the two of us, we are fluent in English, Spanish and French. Since we have a travel agency on site, we are experts in the tourist attractions of the region and can easily and efficiently organize quality guided tours or transportation if necessary. Other things to note • Deluxe Room 4 can accommodate up to 3 people, in a double bed and a single bed. • Breakfast is available at an additional cost of S/20 soles per person. • There are pots and pans in our kitchen, but we do not provide oil or pepper, only salt. • We offer a laundry service for S/8 soles per kilo.
