This building consists of 3 separate rooms or cottages, all located next to each other. PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously - no fraudulent bookings. Guests must complete an easy, online hotel-style check-in with a Rental Agreement, submitting a valid ID for verification, and a security deposit—You can opt for a $35 damage waiver (covers accidental breaks, mishaps) or a refundable $500 hold—whichever you prefer! Damage caused by pets will be subject to fees. If traveling with a four-legged friend, choose from our seven pet-friendly rooms instead. ⚠️ Special Requests & Allergies – Let us know before your arrival if you have any special needs or allergies. 🔥Room Fireplace - The room’s indoor fireplace is currently not operational, so we kindly ask that it not be used. Any additional vehicles are subject to prior approval and a $50 parking fee. 🚫🏊‍♀️ Pool Closure Notice - Our pool will be closed for the season from October 5 until spring to allow for maintenance and weather preparation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you back during pool season! 🌿 Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooden area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
