Welcome to your newly remodeled home away from home in the heart of Puyallup! This 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and a centrally located space. Located downtown, you're just minutes away from the Puyallup Fairgrounds, making this the ideal spot for fairgoers and event attendees. The house features a new mini-split system to keep you comfortable year-round, a private hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring, and a fully fenced backyard. The space This Puyallup retreat is only a 10 minute walk from downtown and a 0.7 mile walk from the state fairgrounds' Red Gate. Downtown Puyallup features some amazing places such as Anthem Coffee, Pioneer Park with its huge play structure, and a splash pad! This home features 4 bedrooms and some special amenities: The game room includes foosball and kids toys. There are also plenty of books and board games in the cabinets around the fireplace. The induction stove is awesome! It can boil water quicker than a gas stove. It uses electromagnetic energy to heat cookware directly, rather than heating the cooktop first. So the surface of the stove doesn't get nearly as hot. The hot tub can seat 6-7 people and is maintained weekly by a professional company. They test and treat the water, clean the filter, and wipe down the tub. Two bedrooms on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs. Each level has a full bath. Main level bedroom 1: King bed (2 adults) Main level bedroom 2: Game room with full size futon (1 adult or 2 kids) Upstairs bedroom 1: King bed (2 adults) Upstairs bedroom 2: Two twin XL beds (2 adults) Living room couch: Can sleep 1 adult Each room (except the game room) has dressers, and the main level king bedroom has a closet with hangers. This is also where the baby essentials are stored (baby gate, pack n play, booster seat). The two twin XL beds can be combined, using an included gap filler, to create a king size bed. This room also contains a reading nook with kids books. Guest access Guests can use the entire space. The game room closet is the cleaners closet and is therefore locked. Other things to note Please see the house manual or welcome binder on site for instructions for operating the mini-splits (heat/cooling in each room), induction stove, and hot tub. The induction stove requires specific pots and pans to be used, which are included in the kitchen. Please use only this cookware. More instructions are in the house manual and welcome binder on site. The fireplace in the house is not functional, so please don't attempt to use it! The logs are for decoration only.
