Guest access Contactless Access & Check-In Smithe House is a fully contactless property — there is no front desk and no traditional hotel lobby or shared amenities. You’ll receive a personalized access code the night before your arrival The code activates at 4:00 PM on the day of check-in It deactivates at 11:00 AM on the day of check-out The building has a small lobby, but it’s not staffed and does not include seating or public restrooms. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an added fee depending on the day’s schedule — just message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. ♿ Accessibility Smithe House has three floors and is equipped with a central elevator. Stairs can be used for going down, but not for access going up, as the stairwell is emergency exit–only in that direction. A small number of apartments have a short three-step stair at the entrance. If you have any mobility concerns or accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can ensure the most suitable unit is assigned to you.
