Gite la Villate

Jean-Marie and Latifa are pleased to welcome you to Gite de la Villate, a fully independent studio designed with respect for the environment, furnished with refinement and high-quality materials. The gite features a double bed, a private bathroom and toilet, as well as an adjoining and separate kitchen. You will also enjoy a pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture. Other things to note The house is a beautiful stone ensemble dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, located in the countryside in a green park, surrounded by large oaks and meadows. The carefully maintained garden is adorned with dry-stone walls, old roses, honeysuckle, clematis, hydrangeas, wisteria, a zen garden, a vegetable patch, and an orchard. It is a peaceful and intimate space, where you will find small corners inviting you to sit or lie down with a good book, to let yourself drift into daydreams. Gite de la Villate is a true ode to nature, ideal for couples without children seeking tranquility and disconnection. A few kilometers away, you can discover seaside sites such as the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Cancale, Dinard, or inland, Combourg, Dol-de-Bretagne, Dinan, as well as the surrounding forests. For those who enjoy city life, Rennes and its magnificent medieval heritage are also nearby. Please note: the discreet presence of our cat, a peaceful host, does not allow us to welcome dogs.
