The Space This approximately 33 m² apartment has a combined living and sleeping area, a small kitchenette, a private bathroom and a furnished terrace. Sleeping Arrangements The living and sleeping area contains: One double bed for 2 guests One sofa bed suitable for 1 additional guest Both sleeping arrangements are located in the same room. The apartment does not have a separate enclosed bedroom. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for every registered guest. The terrace includes cushioned outdoor furniture with seating for up to four people, providing a pleasant place to enjoy a morning coffee or relax after a day at Lake Balaton. Swimming Pool & Shared Facilities Guests can use the residential complex’s shared outdoor leisure facilities, which include: A communal outdoor swimming pool A children’s playground Table tennis A volleyball area A shared garden barbecue area The swimming pool and other outdoor facilities are shared with residents and other guests. Their operation and availability may depend on the season, weather conditions and the residential complex’s rules. Use of the shared barbecue area may require advance arrangement. Children must always be supervised by an adult around the swimming pool and playground. Guest Access Guests have private use of the apartment and its furnished terrace throughout their stay. One locked storage cabinet is reserved for the property management team and is not available for guest use. The swimming pool, playground and other outdoor recreational areas are shared facilities within the residential complex. The apartment is located on the first floor of Building D. It is not wheelchair accessible, and guests with reduced mobility should contact us before booking to confirm whether the accommodation is suitable for their needs. The free beach at Ezüstpart can be reached in approximately 10–13 minutes on foot. Getting Around Walking Lake Balaton, the Ezüstpart free beach and several local shops and restaurants can be reached on foot. Public Transportation Local bus and train connections provide access to central Siófok and other destinations around Lake Balaton. Parking One private on-site parking space is available for guests arriving by car. Please provide your vehicle details before arrival if requested for access or parking registration. The exact arrival time must be coordinated before check-in. Guest Registration In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. Maximum Occupancy The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 registered guests. Unregistered visitors or additional overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval. Children Children are welcome. A baby cot may be available upon advance request, subject to availability and confirmation. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for supervising children, especially around the swimming pool, terrace and playground. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets Pets are not allowed. Parties & Events Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Please respect the residents and other guests and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
