With a size of 81 m², the apartment is ideal for 2 to 5 people and is fully equipped. LOCATION: The apartment is located on the Bürserberg–Tschengla high plateau at an elevation of 1,210 m, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. For winter sports enthusiasts, the chalet offers direct access to downhill and cross-country ski trails (Ski IN/OUT), while in summer, hiking trails, mountain tours, and mountain bike routes start right at the doorstep (Sport IN/OUT). In just a few minutes, you can reach the Brandnertal Bike Park as well as several golf courses in the area. SPECIAL FEATURES Chalet Tschengla is a partner of the Brandnertal Premium Guest Card. Chalet Tschengla: The apartment features a practical entryway with a coat rack and shoe storage, as well as a ski corner with a ski boot warmer. The living area is open-concept, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six people, and a cozy living room complete with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed and a dresser; there is also a walk-in closet with a large wardrobe and an extra bed. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living space. A private terrace with patio furniture and a parasol invites you to relax outdoors, and there is a lockable storage room for your sports equipment as well as parking for two cars. On-site costs: Our cancellation fees are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH). These are as follows: Free cancellation is possible up to 3 months in advance; 3 to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% of the total package price; 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% of the total package price; during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total package price; no-show or early departure: 100% of the total package price Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
