You will have access to the entire Bottom Main House (1750sf) of a Duplex Home and with its own back yard. There is a separate Airbnb apartment on the top half of the Duplex which is not part of this listing. The top unit has its own private entrance and are completely separated from this bottom home . Please Note: The separate apparment on top is an Airbnb and there may be some mild walking noise at times. The space Historic Home with incredible charm| 1750sf main home of a duplex. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire bottom Main House and bottom private yard via keyless entry Other things to note - No smoking - No events, parties, or large gatherings -PETS: A $500 fine will be charged to Occupant if there is any evidence of any pet inside the property unless the Host has given express written consent. After consent, fee of $100 per pet for the entire stay will be added. - Must be at least 18 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: This property requires some stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, around the perimeter, facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces. We have one actively recording camara overlooking the front yard and a second actively recording camara overlooking back yard. - NOTE: The home can sleep 14 (12 guests in the beds and sleeper sofas, with 1 more guests able to sleep on the 1 full-sized air mattresses) - About the tenants on the apparment above: Given that there are people living in the top apartment, there may be some mild walking noise at times. -Pest Control: Our space is located in a large property. Though we treat the exterior and interior to keep out pests including insects and mice, this is a reality of nature. Our space may not be a fit for those who are extremely phobic of these and other wildlife. Guests should be aware that our home is almost a Century old surrounded by a mature garden and there could be some small critters around the property or some may end up getting into the house from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, etc. PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WE WILL GET OUR STAFF TO CLEAN AND ASSESS THE SITUATION.
