There is also a gorgeous 10-foot wide sliding glass door opening up to a deck with seating and beautiful views of the rolling hills and trees of the mountain state. Upstairs you'll find two inviting master suites, each with their own full bathroom, ceiling fans, large windows, and blackout curtains. One bedroom features a luxurious king bed, and the other bedroom features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. There is air conditioning in every room to keep cool on the hottest summer days, and a fireplace in the living room to add to the coziness on winter evenings. Enjoy a 55" Smart TV in the living room as well as a 43" Smart TV in one bedroom where you can login to your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming networks to watch your favorite shows. Note there is no cable television. There is extremely fast high-speed internet with wifi as well. Guest access There is NO ACCESS to the garage. You may park in front of the garage, as well as next to the garage, plus the primary parking space by the front door. There are (3) parking spaces available. Other things to note We chose to buy this townhouse ourselves because of its idyllic location. We loved the convenience of being situated perfectly between the urban amenities of downtown Morgantown / WVU campus and the incredible outdoor opportunities the area offers, including hiking at Coopers Rock, paddleboarding Cheat Lake, live outdoor music venues and restaurants, the Botanical Gardens (less than a 3 mile drive), and more.
