Art Bungalow

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Art Bungalow, centrally located in downtown Rexburg. Renovated to provide all the comforts of a new home while preserving its original charm and character. Named the Art Bungalow for the rotating collection of art on display by local and regional artists. This is the perfect home base for exploring the area: •a few blocks to BYU-Idaho •1.5 hours to West Yellowstone •1.5 hours to the Jackson Hole area •20 min. to the St. Anthony Sand Dunes •1 hour to Grand Targhee The space The guest unit is on the main floor of the house with a shared laundry room and host apartment in the basement. Living spaces include a front room with a conversation area on one side and 55" TV and comfortable sofa on the other. There's a formal dining room, breakfast nook, and coffee bar just off the fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The principle bedroom has a king size bed, 55" TV, desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bath. There are 2 memory foam floor mats in the closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, with a half bath conveniently located in the hallway between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and there’s an AC unit in the kitchen. Parking is provided in the driveway with room for two cars (one parked behind the other). Guest access Guests enter the main floor through the front door, and have access to the entire main level, including the front porch and backyard. Guests also have access to the coat room and shared laundry room in the basement, accessible from the kitchen door. This door is also equipped with a deadbolt. Other things to note We allow up to 6 guests, please note there are only two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a queen size bed, we have sleeping mats available for children to sleep on. Also please note that the home has one full bathroom and one half bath. the full bathroom with a shower tub is accessed through the main bedroom.
