By booking, you agree to all the rules below: 🔐 ACCESS AND SECURITY ✅ Mandatory Early Registration All guest data and photo IDs must be sent at least 48 hours in advance for clearance at the front desk. Without registration, access will be denied. 🪪 Identification Document A photo ID (physical or digital) must be presented at check-in to access the condominium. 🕒 Check-in after 9 p.m. must be informed in advance, as a condominium rule requires a person to be available to accompany the entrance. 🎫 Identification Bracelet – Mandatory Use Throughout the stay, the guest must use the identification wristband provided by the reception at the time of check-in. It is mandatory for access to the condominium. Without the wristband, access will be prohibited. 🔢 Access Password We will send you a 4-digit password, which must be informed to the doorman at each access as an additional form of identification. 🚗 Car Access After check-in, access to the condominium with automobiles must follow this rule: - All passengers must get out of the vehicle, identify themselves individually and access through the pedestrian entrance. - Only the driver can enter with the car, presenting his/her identification and showing the mandatory wristband. - The parking space only accommodates passenger cars. 🚕 No Parking Access with Uber, Taxi or App Vehicles App cars cannot enter the parking lot. Pick-up and drop-off must be done only outside the condominium. 👥 No Visitors Allowed The condominium does not allow visitors to enter during the stay. Only previously registered guests will have access to the condominium. 🏡 RULES OF COEXISTENCE 🔇 Quiet hours: from 10 pm to 9 am The condominium does not tolerate noise during this period. We ask for absolute respect for the residents' peace and quiet. 🚫 Use of Common Areas Prohibited Guests are not allowed to use the pool, gym, ballroom, courts, or any common area. 🍺 No Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Common Areas. The consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the unit is prohibited. 📄 Detailed Rules After booking, we will send a message with all the condominium rules, ensuring transparency and a peaceful stay. ❗ IMPORTANT By making the reservation, you declare that you are aware of and agree to all the above rules.
