Easy access to the city with all forms of public transport within a few minutes walk. Located in quiet cul de sac. Tucked away but so close to everything. Perfect for visitors to Melbourne. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces including small laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is in-floor heating so the apartment is always warm on these cold Melbourne days. The only space not available is my home office which is a locked room. Other things to note The front door has a very secure locking system. The handle has to be lifted up (and then back down) to engage the additional security bolts before the key can be turned to lock the door. Lifting the handle does not lock the door. The key must be turned for the lock to be engaged.
