The space Our house has the kitchen, guest toilet and the large living and dining area with adjoining terrace protected from view on the first floor and the bedrooms and bathroom with shower, tub and toilet on the upper floor. Guest access Not all rooms are accessible to guests. These doors are locked as they are private rooms. Other things to note The bedrooms are located on the upper floor which is connected to a staircase. The staircase does not have a stair gate. The basement exit does not have a stair gate. Parents are liable for their duty of supervision over their children. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. No pets in the house. Access to private rooms is prohibited.
