Other things to note This is a private home in a residential neighborhood near downtown Schertz, TX. No parties are allowed on the property and there is a city noise ordinance between the hours of 10:00pm and 7:00am that must be complied with. Please be considerate of our neighbors and limit outdoor noise after 10:00pm.
