The Huon Belle Homestead provides the ideal base for exploring Tasmania’s South East coast. The private east wing of the homestead has been reimagined as a peaceful escape filled with comforts and spectacular views of the Huon Valley/River. The self-contained accommodation has a private balcony, perfect for relaxation at the end of the day. At dusk a host of native wildlife wanders in to graze while surrounded by paddocks and woodlands the property is a bird-watchers paradise. The space Guests have the private run of the apartment which is comprised of an entrance hall, kitchenette, a bedroom and balcony with river views, a library with day bed and desk, a tiled bathroom with shower and a patio with mountain and water views. Guest access Guests have access to the apartment and the open garden spaces but please respect those spaces that are marked private. Other things to note A private tour of Studio Waterloo with the artist Henrietta Manning through a Heritage Apple Packing Shed can be arranged - please let us know in advance.
