You have access to the support services at the reception. Other things to note Our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Electricity, cleaning and shared WIFI are also included. A damage deposit is requested upon check-in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot upon request. There is no extra charge for children up to 11 years old sharing an existing bed with their parents. Please note that no extra beds are available. The accommodation does not provide breakfast, but complimentary coffee and tea are available on the first floor. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phi Phi Island. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need.
