The space The fully furnished apartment with cozy and warm atmosphere has a living and sleeping area. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. A modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. All amenities, kitchen and bathroom are for your own use and will not be shared with other guests. The sleeping area has a top-class double Swiss Sense bed (180x200). There are 2 single beds in the loft. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Private entrance, private bathroom, private toilet, private kitchen. * Free fast WiFi * Smart TV with Chromecast, KPN TV+, NPO start, Netflix Only the hallway on the first floor is shared to occasionally go to a room. In practice, we do not or rarely meet each other. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor. There is no elevator and it is only accessible by stairs in a common stairwell. Smoking and pets are not allowed Our apartment is a 10-minute walk from Amersfoort Central Station and close to major arterial roads. The tourist tax in 2025 is 4.60 euros per person per night.
